Good product, clear sound quality.
However, never buying anything from you ever again. Your customer service is shit to put it mildly 🤷♂️. The fact that this was purchased online on the 24th of June and only got delivered 2 weeks later, is utterly deplorable 🚮.
No one bothered to communicate the reasoning behind the delay. I sent a follow up on the 1st and 2nd of July and was blatantly ignored. I only received some shred of acknowledgement after reaching out to happy pay on the 2nd of June. Also the excuse I was provided with was so condescending, and an again, a pile of shit. I’m sure I shouldn’t be advising you that if there are delays with orders that you receive, it is your duty to alert your consumers timeously, not a week and a half after the date of purchase. To make matters worse, I was told that the product was being dispatched on the 3rd of July from your warehouse, and I was anticipating it to be delivered on the 5th of July the latest. I mean I would have assumed that common courtesy would dictate you people to apply some sort of urgency to try and remedy an already shitty customer service experience. But alas, here we are 🤷♂️
